211 connects callers with local community services, such as food, shelter, counseling, employment assistance, childcare and more. 211 is confidential and available 24 hours a day in more than 150 languages.

HUD Exchange connects people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless with local service providers, including shelters, food banks and housing counseling services.

Community Solutions works to create a lasting end to homelessness that leaves no one behind. We envision a more equitable society where homelessness is never inevitable, inescapable, or a way of life.

LavaMaeˣ is a nonprofit that teaches people around the world to bring mobile showers and other services that promote well-being to people experiencing homelessness.

National Safe Place Network (NSPN) operates nationally-recognized programs, including Safe Place®, a youth outreach and prevention program for youth in need of immediate help and safety. Businesses and community locations participate as Safe Place sites. These locations display the Safe Place sign and connect youth in crisis with resources and supports. Safe Place also provides a national text-for-support program, TXT 4 HELP, available 24/7/365. Teens can text the word “SAFE” to 4HELP (44357) and access options to locate the nearest Safe Place and text one-on-one with a counselor. NSPN also provides quality training, capacity building, and technical support to youth and family service organizations across the nation.

Chrysalis serves people navigating barriers to the workforce by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. We empower our clients on their pathway to stability, security, and fulfillment in their work and lives.

LA Family Housing helps people transition out of homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing enriched with supportive services.

Provides immediate aid and a human connection to homeless lives–men, women, children and families in Greater Los Angeles. We also educate volunteers and communities about the human face of homelessness with the goal of recognizing that homelessness does not mean hopelessness and lives can be improved and housing challenges resolved through community awareness and action.

All Home is a Bay Area organization that advances regional solutions that will disrupt the cycle of poverty and homelessness, redress the disparities in outcomes as a result of race, and create more opportunity for economic mobility for extremely low-income (ELI) individuals and families within the Bay Area.
